We currently have a huge demand and we're shipping our orders as quickly as possible. Our current order processing time is 3 days (excluding weekends). We ship directly from various warehouses, including Europe, USA and China.
STANDARD SHIPPING
Above you can see our average shipping speed. Please note that some shipments may arrive within 7 days, some may take longer due to various factors. Some of the airports are overloaded and it may take time for your shipment to arrive in your country.
If your shipment is in transit for 60+ days, kindly contact our customer support team. The parcel is considered lost if it is in transit for more than 2 months (3 months for large shipments). We'll re-ship it for free or will issue a full refund.
